Inline HTML elements

• Citations, like — Mark Otto, should use <cite>.
• Deleted text should use <del> and inserted text should use <ins>.
• Superscript ^text uses <sup> and subscript _text uses <sub>.

Most of these elements are styled by browsers with few modifications on our part.
